Happy 75th Birthday Butlins!

To celebrate Martin Parr has released a new edition of his book Our True Intent Is All For Your Delight which brings together a superb selection of John Hinde postcards. Hinde was famously commissioned by Butlins in the 60s to photograph the camp’s facilities and his work was rediscovered by Parr who also worked there in the 70s. Not only was Hinde's work technically groundbreaking but 40 years on the over saturated images revealing the incredible interiors and styling of the times is a vintage lovers visual feast.
